This is a ‘no smoking’ home (Smoking is allowed
in the pool area only)
We have space on the drive for 2 cars.
The garage is used as a games room and does not normally have room for any
cars. We can arrange for some of the games room equipment to be moved to one
side so you can fit a car in the garage – if you wish to do this you need to
let us know in advance, The pool table should not be
moved in any circumstance.
The local Home Owners Association do not permit
parking on the road or verge outside the house at any time. Any cars found on
the road by them will be fined. It is your responsibility to ensure you do not incur
a fine and if you do, you are responsible for paying it.
